Dedicated to empowering housing managers with the resources and support they need, our members share their expertise and work together to create housing solutions that benefit the community.
Education & Mentorship that Benefit You
In terms of education, the BCFNHMA provides a one-stop shop of educational materials that includes templates, policies, procedures, and more. These resources enable members to learn quickly and build on solutions that others have already developed—helping everyone walk a proven path.
On the mentorship side, we lift each other up by providing and receiving guidance from experienced housing managers. Knowledge is shared freely, enabling members of all experience levels to take their work to the next level.
